Receiving your product will take an estimate of 3-7 business days to arrive. 

Due to Covid -19, Please add on 2-3 more days to your estimated delivery date.

Our customers will receive an email notification in the event that the carrier has a wrong address. Please know that if no response is given within 24 hours following the second attempt the order will be shipped to the address on file. 

Email dlasheglam@gmail.com quickly with Suite/Apt/Unit Numbers and respective abbreviations listed for the second address.

The customer is in charge of placing a new order to receive his or her product. No refunds or exchanges will be accorded.

No refunds, or exchanges will be granted for any reason. 

Although, at D.Lashe' Glam we believe that while accidents do happen, it is our job to take responsibility and respond in a timely manner doing everything in our power to restore the trust that we've lost in the process. 

If carrier has confirmed that your order has been delivered to the address on file but you have not received it please check with your leasing office. If it is still not found contact us via email at dlasheglam@gmail.com for further information and how to file a missing package claim.
